Christmas on OnderonOnderon, one year after Order 66

Ahsoka stared at the figures shoved in a small alcove of the cave wall. Were they toys? No. They couldn't be for children. They were made of some material that would shatter the second they were played with roughly. Besides, the Onderon Rebels didn't have any kids around. Why would one of them put figures in an alcove?
Ahsoka examined the scene. A man and woman, both human, bent over some sort of feed trough containing a baby. Farther back, three men, dressed in robes bore objects. A few poorer looking humans stood with animals of some sort. Perched on part of the cave's rock face, a winged humanoid stood. An angel? She'd heard some of the Rebels mention them. Was this some religious thing? With a cold frost covering the scene, it gave it a ghostly appearance.
    "It's a Nativity Scene."
Ahsoka turned to see Lux watching her.

Jedi Youngling Ahsoka Tano
5 years old
The sun had barely risen as the class of Younglings walked silently through the halls of the Jedi Temple. Normally, a few would chatter or behave a little unruly, but Jedi Grand Master Yoda was escorting them. He was going to teach them another lesson about the Force. They were a young class, most of which only slightly taller than the ancient Jedi, but they already had a fairly strong knowledge of which Jedi Masters they needed to behave in front of. There was no Jedi authority above Yoda. While kind, patient, and nurturing, no one wanted to get under Yoda's disciplinary radar. It was he who would eventually decide when they were ready to split into smaller classes for training after all. If there was anything every single Jedi Youngling wanted, it was to become a Jedi Padawan Learner as quickly as possible.
Though early, many Jedi were already awake and heading for various parts of the Temple. I

Misery in Mos Eisley                         As dusk fell upon the desert world of Tatooine, a dark, dingy cantina in Mos Eisley Spaceport was beginning to become crowded with patrons. The tavern was abuzz with conversation in several languages and spanned many subjects just like any another evening. There were smuggler's working out new agreements, bounty hunter's looking for new prey, drug dealers making discrete sales, prostitutes prepping and preening themselves for their next prospects. Much like Tatooine itself, the place was a den of sin and lawlessness which was why many sentient beings loved them both, with the exception of one man who was disgusted by it all. Sitting alone at the bar, a Mon Calamari named Niral Fints barely paid any mind to the filth and depravity around him as he pondered the drastic turn that his life had taken. Once a prominent Imperial operative, wealthy and well respected, he had now been reduced to taking a jo    :thumb461592544:

The Cave of Frozen Death
"What's in there?" A rush of freezing wind having nothing to do with the static climate of Ilum chilled her orange-hued skin right down to the bone, her own montrals atop her head as well as her lekku numb to physical sensation, their blue stripes faded to an almost obscure icy-cadaverous shade of blue. Yet, her other senses were short circuiting as if she were R2 who had just plugged into a terminal that had overloaded the poor little guy.
Feeling her extreme disquiet, knowing both its source as well its necessity for this test, having undertaken one similar himself, Anakin Skywalker draped an arm across his young padawan's shoulder, and said, gravely, "Anything you can possibly imagine, and even more..." the even more leaving an unspoken warning, Be extremely careful of what you think and how you feel when you go in there.
Suddenly apprehension accompanied the swirling anxiety of the unknown which awaited her, and Ahsoka Tano steeled herself, yet still hesitated.
"You gotta go, Snips
